Tamara Rodriguez

Mrs. Rodriguez is an international investment executive with over 15 years’ experience in corporate real estate investments and business operations. Her keen understanding of both multicultural and multidisciplinary organizations, and her ability to develop and pursue strategic business goals enabled her to produce a strong track record of success leading large portfolio optimizations and negotiating complex deals. Currently she is investing in and advising entrepreneurial start-ups and real estate projects, being an active advisory member of TRIANA REAL ESTATE

Mrs. Rodriguez led business development and risk activities for GE Capital for almost a decade, originally based in Madrid, Spain, then Austin, Texas. She closed and managed real estate deals over $1B, as well as analyzing large debt and equity opportunities across property markets in Europe and the United States.

Prior to GE Capital, she launched and led the corporate finance department of Aguirre Newman (Spain's leading real estate consulting group) and worked for the corporate finance division of Arthur Andersen in Spain.

Mrs. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from UAM and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Real Estate Management from the I.E. Business School.

Salvador Garcia-Atance

Mr. Garcia-Atance has been advising large Family Offices, Institutions and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals for the past decade, focusing extensively on Real Estate Investments. Recently, he has specialized in Club Deals and niche markets such as the retail NNN investments in the USA. An avid entrepreneur, amongst others, he owned 3 Child Care institutions and developed an extremely successful retail concept in Madrid, Spain; Mercado de San Miguel (over 4 million visits per year, most expensive retail RE in Madrid.) Previously, he worked for Deutsche Bank AG and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London, and Invercaixa and Morgan Grenfell in Madrid. 

Mr. Garcia-Atance holds a Bachelor in Economics with a Minor in Urban & Regional Development from UAM and M.B.A. from IESE Business School.

Hector Gonzalez

Mr. Gonzalez began his Real Estate professional career in 1990 and has since then worked in spain, Portugal, Panama and the US. He developed for S.C.C.E over half million SQF. of retail space in Seville, Malaga and Madrid. After the merger with JLL was appointed Managing Retail Partner. He was appointed 8 years later Director for Retail Europe for Knight Frank having developed the Retail Division for Knight Frank. Mr. Gonzalez managed the investment and marketing for at least 20 commercial projects. In 2003 he joined Chamartin Real Estate and developed two commercial project for over $150 Mn. Introduced Amorin group in Spain and managed 12 retail multi-tenant centers and over 450 SQF of office space.
Since 2007 he became an independent developer and adviser, having achieved amongst others 2 Travelodge Hotels with Citigrove (as Managing Partner), and Metrovacesa, Heron, Grupo Allegra, Grupo Olliqui, Grupo Bern…

Currently involved in a Retail development for 300,000 SQF, also a $250 Mn development in Panama with Retail and Hotel and Office. Construction for this project is scheduled to break ground in 2018.

Mr. Gonzalez hold a Bachelors Degree from SLU, a Law degree for Universidad Complutense and a Master in Business from IESE Business School. Mr Gonzalez is a Business Partner of Triana Real Estate
